Development of flexibility of Technical Lyceum pupils

The teaching of "Physical culture" in secondary educational institution is directed on achievement of different purposes, among them: development of the basic physical qualities and abilities of pupils, strengthening of their health, expansion of functional possibilities of organism and other. Development of physical quality "flexibility" occupies significant place in physical education of learning youth. The flexibility and mobility in joints is morphofunctional impellent quality of man, thus it is not necessary to achieve excessive development of joints' mobility - it should be enough, if pupils would have some reserve of mobility.
