Reviewing the reported literature the relationship between the factors that can influence investment decisions in stock portfolios could be analyzed The review led to the conclusion that the relationship between the factors influencing investment decisions in stock portfolios has not been analyzed in depth A model to analyze the relationship between the factors influencing investment decisions in stock portfolios was not found and it is proposed as a model to analyze the mediating factor of Investor Perception between Investment Decision and Portfolio Confirmation. To do this, it should be considered the design of the instruments, in relation to the perception of investors and also the particularities and trends of the market in the different Latin-American countries
