The present column lists currently available aluminium and aluminium alloy reference materials. Pure aluminium and its alloys (aluminium-copper, aluminium-manganese, aluminium-magnesium, aluminium-magnesium-silicon, aluminium-zinc-magnesium) have been considered. Included are three tables that provide an easy-to-use survey. The following information is covered: the name of the material, the sample code, the producer, the reference to recent certification, the names and addresses of the suppliers from which the reference material may be obtained, and specific remarks.
