摘要
The manuscript analyzes the results of an action-extension research project carried out in Higher Education with the objective of offering continuing education to faculty members of the Faculty of Education and Applied Social Sciences, who worked in the courses of Pedagogy and Administration of the University of the State of Mato Grosso, Juara campus. The formative actions focused on the development of a repertoire of knowledge and skills essential to the exercise in Higher Education. Thus, by articulating the activities of teaching, research the extension the teaching activity and the initial and continued formation of educators, it provided a more integrated and contextualized vision to the reality of Higher Education that allowed us to analyze pertinently the developments of the current policies reserved for the initial and continuing formation of educators, and, consequently, for the initial formation of the academics.
