摘要
We first obtain solutions ill terms of partial waves for scattering from an anisotropic impedance cylinder. The impedance boundary condition takes a very general form; n x (n x E) = (Z) double under bar Z n x H, where the elements of the impedance dyadic Z are arbitrary. Using these expression, we derive the scattering response of such a cylinder coated with a chiral medium for both the TE and TM polarizations of the incident wave. As we have used a generalized impedance dyadic (Z) double under bar Z the solution presented here is very general and can accommodate a number of reductions. (C) 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
