摘要
The velocity drift of a Brownian particle in a random environment under the influence of a constant external force is considered. It is established that the singularities leading to the anomalous diffusion are controlled not by the time but by the external force. The consequence is that (1) the diffusion becomes normal and (2) the mobility and the diffusion coefficient become nonlinear functions of the force.
