摘要
Mutual copper and aluminium mass transfer upon the shock ultrasonic treatment was investigated by the method of electron Auger-spectroscopy with ion sputtering at room temperature. It is shown that anomalous mass transfer of aluminium into the copper after the treatment has the homogeneous distribution in depth, and concentration of aluminium in copper at this kind of treatment is 60.5 at.% in the depth from 30 nm to 150 nm.
