摘要：
The peculiarities of the development of science and technology as paramount paradigm constituting factors in the European civilization have been analyzed. A significant role of the spiritual dimensions in the development of new ethics confirming the humanistic ideals indispensable for the humanity's survival in the conditions of globalization has been substantiated.
