SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION AND BIOLOGICAL-ACTIVITY OF CO(II), NI(II), CU(II) AND ZN(II) COMPLEXES WITH MERCAPTOOXADIAZOLE

摘要
Complexes of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) with 5-(3-methyl-4-chlorophenoxymethyl)-2-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole (McmoH), 5-(2,4-dimethylphenoxymethyl)-2-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole (DpmoH), 5-thymoloxymethyl-2-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole (TomoH) have been prepared and characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, electrical conductance, magnetic susceptibility, TGA and spectral (electronic, infrared and H-1 NMR) data. The fungitoxicity of the complexes and free ligands has been evaluated against A. flavus and A. niger.
