摘要：
The Balloon Flight Operations (BAFOs) group is responsible for the work related to the launch work related to the launch of all scientific balloon flights carried out from the TIFR's National Balloon Facility (TNBF), Hyderabad; this involves meticulous planning and flawless execution of several tasks within the allotted time frame. There are several aspects of BAFOs; these are broadly classified in terms of the pre-flight, in-flight and post-flight activities. In this paper, several important features of the BAFOs are presented.
