Allergy and food intolerance in children

Food hypersensitivity is a reproducible adverse reaction to a certain food or a supplement to the food. The basis of diagnosis of hypersensitivity type is making fast causal relationship feedback between consumption of harmful food and discomfort prevalence. In the paper an adverse reaction in children was shown after consumption of food with allergic etiology and without immunological symptoms or food intolerance. Data were given with terminology and definitions, diagnostics and treatment of chosen food hypersensitivity at adolescence population.
