Since the commencement of the Thames Water Ring Main (TWRM) project, Thames Water has been considerable change and development from a public authority to a multinational privatized company with a significantly increased capital expenditure programme. At the same time the TWRM project has acted as a catalyst for a complete transformation in the way that projects are monitored, controlled and managed within Thames Water which has significantly contributed to the success of the project in completing two years ahead of programme.
