摘要
This study aimed to know in relation to library users, mostly nursing and nutrition students, how to evaluate the service provided to the customer and the information services and products offered by the library, and by means of the assessment of these, how to foster the development of products and services that improve the management of information and the most appropriate provision of the needs reflected in the study. From the analysis of the data (91 completed questionnaires) we developed a project to revitalize the collection of paper journals of the library and virtual access to databases, and created various tutorials and one online course (still being tested) for information literacy in the domain of health.
