摘要
It is well known that there exist some preferred orientation relationships at the b.c.c.(100)-f.c.c.(111) interface. Among them, the Nishiyama-Wassermann and the Kurdjumov-Sachs orientation relationships have been observed experimentally and confirmed by a calculation of interfacial energy. In addition, the R30° orientation relationship ([211]f.c.c.[001]b.c.c.) has also been suggested theoretically, although it has not been observed by experiments. In the present paper, a computer simulation is tried to find other orientation relationships. The numerical result suggests one more possible preferred orientation relationship at an angle of 25.2°. The present paper also demonstrates that the orientation distribution between the Nishiyama-Wassermann and the Kurdjumov-Sachs relationships are possible at FeNi and FeCu interfaces, which have been observed by experiments. © 1990.
