摘要：
Aim of this case report is to present an endodontically managed unusual mandibular second molar. Summary: The present report describes endodontic management of a mandibular second molar having two roots which were fused and single canal (C-shape canal). In the present case, we have used spiral computed tomography for better understanding of the complicated and unusual root canal morphology and successful management thereafter.
