摘要
This article presents a tool which includes a framework for introducing a work-flow-management-system. Bottom line folio ws to document-oriented analysis and modeling business processes. That is to concentrate on the object document while modeling processes. According to products during the manufacturing phases the informational ''product'' document also refers to a ''bill of material'' (data and document structure) and a ''production schedule'' (actions including related employees resp. application systems). The offer processing of a machine tool company serves as an example in order to clarify the results.
