摘要
By elastic recoil detection (ERD) the stopping powers have been measured for F-19 and Cl-35 ions at energies from approximately 0.29 to approximately 0.42 MeV/nucleon in Ag films. The results are compared with the semiempirical values of TRIM 90 and previous experimental values.
