摘要
These investigations have been done in order to provide the influence of different type (sodium citrate; phosphate), solution concentration (10 %; 15 %; 20 %) and added quantity of antikoagulants (from 2 % to 10 %) on yield, chemical composition and functional properties of blood plasma. It has been established that observing quality factors of blood plasma significantly depends of type, solution concentration and added quantity of antikoagulants. Generally, comparing with phosphate stabilizator (SOFOS), using of the sodium citrat (TNC) made it possible to produce more plasma, with better chemical characteristics and functional properties.
