摘要
This study discusses the training of teachers for higher education under a reflective perspective. If in fact the set of content to the different fields of knowledge are indispensable at work with undergraduate students, it is also true the orientation of the training in a multidimensional axis that goes beyond static and fragmented knowledge, on an axis that makes man a being who must worry about posterity, with the legacy of humanity and not of individualized groups in professions or representatives of social cuts. This article highlights that look like one of the great challenges of teaching in higher education, increasingly will require the incorporation of the Faculty's commitment to the political dimension of their training path that's not built overnight, but in exchange of beings that see under construction.
