Realities and Utopias of a City in the Periphery of the Globalized World. A Story Lefebvrian

We intend to invite to share a reflection about a city: Resistance; a recurrent involvement appears as a punishment of nature: the flood, and a state of consciousness that prevents thinking generate some order thoughts. We try to show how the city develops in total alienation with the environment in which is inserted where a concept of "urban" based on a model city in the image and likeness of Pampas town, plays a role in their configuration. This model assumes, not only formal or structural aspects but also legitimized and legalized practice of urban land transformation into merchandise. The recurring floods showed anyone who would see the profound crisis of the model, however, all new proposals urban defenses, sorting, etc. cannot escape the fate of city against nature. Rescued as proposed, the rupture of that consciousness is not where the relationship with the environment is the linchpin, and from which they can materialize into action, the weapons of criticism.
