摘要
The article examines from the concept of social capital the possibilities and contingencies of the link between environmental education and the promotion of collective processes of integrated management or conflict negotiation. The promotion of social capital is of unique relevance to the building of the negotiation process, grounded in democratic principles and with adequate grounds to build sustainability. The participation manifests in a genuine plan of action based on a particular political culture, or what we might call the mechanisms and processes for their action. The effectiveness of management doesn't depend only on political action of who plan and execute, is also anchored in the contexts or social and environmental conditions, cultural, or endorse policies that can reverse the sense of intentionality. Charting a sustainable environmental strategy means attending to the discernment and aggregate a collection of information on the circumstances, as the correlation of social forces, in whose connection also brings environmental education with an integrated environmental management.
