摘要：
In SF6 loaded high-voltage equipment corrosive compounds are produced by discharges. The aim of this research was to determine these components and to find relationship between their quantities and the energy of discharges. Using various GC-MS techniques we succeeded in determining the main products and in finding a correlation between the quantities of the individual components and the input energy. This work has also revealed the ways of the optimization of the analytical method and of the elucidation of the mechanism of the plasma-chemical reactions of SF6.
