摘要
The quality of education depends on the methodology that uses an educational center with Cooperative Learning can improve and reduce school failure Elementary, students learn and missing values, respecting rules, take initiatives and mature, learn and improve skills social, and we as teachers are satisfied a major achievement of the objectives, content, and above all a positive evaluations in which students have greater motivation and greater understanding of the issues worked; therefore, less school failure.
