摘要：
In nearly all countries of the European Union employees are insured for work-related accidents and occupational diseases. Nevertheless despite all social harmonisation efforts by the EU the lists of occupational diseases still vary quite considerably. On the basis of the work-related diseases of the shoulder girdle these facts are being presented and compared with the current lists.
