摘要
We had conducted a retrospective investigation and retrospective cohort study for the 3277cases of occupational injuries, 287cases of occupational diseases and 11300steel and iron producing workers in 4 China's steel and iron group corporations. This study concluded that the injury incidence of the steel and iron producing workers was 8.79 parts per thousand, after 1985,it fluctuated between 3.29 parts per thousand and 5.31 parts per thousand. The occupational injury showed the certain time character its incidence had been decreasing the age, male's was higher than female's. The reason of accidence was mainly due to the violating operation sequence etc, the silicosis, and mostly occurred among the furnace repairing workers. The hypertensive disease, dorsopathies, burn, diseases of stomach and duodenum may have been regarded as the work-related diseases in the steel and iron industry.
