INTERFACE EFFECTS IN STRONGLY CORRELATED METALS - AN EXACT-DIAGONALIZATION STUDY OF THE T-T'-J MODEL

摘要：
The t-t'-J model is solved exactly on a periodic small cluster of eight sites for the fcc lattice. A new interpolation scheme is introduced to construct interface structures. The ground-state properties and the heavy-fermionic (correlation) behavior as the function of the interface coupling are studied. New ferromagnetic heavy-fermion states are identified.
