Criminal law french: a descriptive approach of criminal liability of legal entity for environmental protection purposes and property legal diffuse

The concern with the sedimentation of the criminal liability of legal entities in Brazil made in the survey were sought the inspiring origin of matter in French legislation, about which was exposed to historical background and criminal policy which led to adoption of this order accountability.
