摘要
The concern with the sedimentation of the criminal liability of legal entities in Brazil made in the survey were sought the inspiring origin of matter in French legislation, about which was exposed to historical background and criminal policy which led to adoption of this order accountability. The insertion of criminal law in stormy issues demanded by risk society has demanded the liability of legal entities in criminal law, not least because, through it, can be undertaken large-scale damage to criminally significant legal interests. To confirm the hypothesis that the corporate responsibility is a matter of great importance and usefulness, were externadas, albeit in a limited way to article length, considerations about the nature of the legal entity, the Brazilian legislation and compared on the subject, in addition the theme exposition in French law, which formed the basis of theoretical research undertaken.
