摘要：

This article highlights the agents involved in the research process, development and innovation in order to share knowledge and to record knowledgement regarding cane sugar. It seeks to evaluate alternatives for the knowledge management, considered the greatest asset of the organization. The proposal is based on existing theoretical framework on the main technologies of information and communication as support to managerial knowledge. It is created a discussion about how companies treat knowledge and propose a method to record knowledge.
