摘要
The social, economic, political and cultural processes of the society, have caused strong changes in the organization of some ethnic communities and towns. Through the free market and globalization via, the equalization of the different cultural manifestations is searched. In spite of these processes, there are communities that have known how to adapt, without losing the essence of their identity, by auto managing their organization. The present work is a study of case of Tlahuitoltepec Mixe, Oaxaca; indigenous municipality of the Town Ayuujk, located to the northeast of that state, where it was carried out an analysis of three auto managing projects: the Communal Secondary, Music's School (Center of Musical Training Mixe CECAM) and the Community Integral High school Ayuujk multipurpose (BICAP), same that outline to revalue the community traditions, as the tequio, community assembly, system of positions, to mention some; but at the same time to combine them and to reinforce them with advances of science and technology.
