摘要：
In example of 95 paranoid schizophrenia patients was shown that depression developed in most patients in remission schizophrenia (58,7%) and was characterized by predominantly difficult clinical structure (63,6%). A significant number of cases, the development of which involved psychogenic factors were noted.
