摘要
A high resolution electron microscopy study of the 79 K superconductor Pb1.4Bi0.6Sr2Y0.5Ca0.5 Cu3-O8+δ shows that, in contrast with Pb2Sr2Ca0.5Y0.5-Cu3 O8+δ, no intergrowth defect affects the layer stacking. However, in many crystals, antiphase boundaries, twinning phenomena and "tilt" boundaries are observed which appear with a rather low frequency. Structural models are proposed for these different boundaries and their influences upon the superconducting properties of this oxide are discussed. © 1990.
