THE WAY TOWARDS NEW PARADIGMS IN THE CONFLICTS RESOLUTION

The complexity of the Information Society (IS) has raised the need to generate ways of solving conflicts that don 't jeopardize its dynamics and fluency. That said, new ways of online conflict resolution, such as online disputes resolution (ODR) m, have arisen as an alternative to the ways that traditional societies have resolved conflicts. In this paper (In which the subject was presented at the 9 th International Forum of Online Dispute Resolution) some realities in the Latin-American technological context are shown, as well as some of the main modalities of these systems, in order to consider the necessary framework for its development.
