摘要：
The article discusses the development of solid organ transplantation in the Sverdlovsk Region Clinical Hospital No 1, a practical healthcare center. We have analyzed the clinical results and the practical feasibility of transplantation of donor organs: the kidney, liver and heart in the leading regional multi-profile clinic. The clinical efficacy of transplantation in patients with the irreversible decompensated phase of solid organs has been shown. We have substantiated the prospective directions of the development of transplantation practices in the region.
