IMPACT ON ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE DUE TO DEPLOYMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: A CASE STUDY IN A CHARITY HOSPITAL

摘要
Increasingly, information technology is having an important role in the strategy of the organization, also impacting on their culture. An organization to obtain differential has that is integrated and aligned with their processes and IT is providing and facilitating such a bond. It is understood that IT is a tool that brings the culture differential is difficult to be molded. The aim of this paper was to study the impact on organizational culture by the introduction of information technology in a charity hospital. Research was exploratory type, field, qualitative and quantitative, and adopted the technique of case study. Data collection was done through questionnaires closed. We conclude that the Hospital Charitable studied, remained with certain conservatism in their culture and that seven years have adopted advanced technology in the Hospital, impacting directly on your organization's culture.
