摘要：
A prerequisite for new perspectives in health promotion entails intervention measures using precise expert information from an expert system. The information should be tailored towards the requirements of the individual in order to enable a humane advisory service. This article illustrates different strategies to customize information and also defines the "tailoring" concept.
