摘要
This article argues that the 'coherence mindset' which dominates international legal scholarship has blunted the transformative potential of international human rights law and environmental law in the international economic law (IEL) realm. 'Investigative legal pluralism' is therefore presented as an alternative approach for enhancing scholarship's engagement with important and contested IEL issues.
