摘要
The mobility of experienced scientists and young scientists has always been the top priority of the European agenda and still is, even though the financial opportunities were considerably cut due to the global economic slowdown in 2008. The focus of this paper is the opportunities for mobility of PhD students in Lithuania. Therefore, the aim of the paper is two-fold: firstly, to overview the European and Lithuanian opportunities for PhD students' mobility, structuring the ways of programmes and funds; secondly, to present the survey results from Lithuania on the trends in PhD students' mobility opportunities.
