摘要：

The author considers the Iranian nuclear issue and explains the reasons for the Islamic Republic of Iran to seek nuclear weapons possession. The article analyses the impact of Moscow-Teheran cooperation in the field of nuclear energy on the US-Russian relations estimating their positions with regards to Iran's nuclear program.
