摘要
The criterion-related validity of the situational (SI) and patterned behavior description interview regarding organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of university faculty members (n = 47) was investigated. Only the SI correlated significantly with peer ratings of two dimensions of OCB, namely OCB directed towards the organization (r = .50) and OCB directed at individuals inside the organization (r = .30).
