摘要：

The paper is a retrospective study of the most common causes of laryngeal stridor in the Pediatric ENT Dept in Poznan. In years 1999-2009 410 children were admitted to have the larynx endoscopy performed because of stridor. The most common causes of inspiratory stridor were laryngomalacia (155 children) and subglottic stenosis (82 chidlren). Authors also present an unusual case of 2-year-old boy with laryngeal stridor caused by lateral neck cyst.
