摘要：
Magnetic, magnetostrictive and structural investigations were carried out on Co32Pd68/Ag multilayers rf-sputtered onto Kapton(R) substrates. Co32Pd68 is highly magnetostrictive, but magnetically hard; Ag interlayers soften the films. Materials with high lambda(s) and low H-c are desirable for sensor and transducer applications.
