摘要
The effects of lubricating oils on the friction of three friction materials were studied with a tester, to which friction plates for practical use can be attached. The sliding speed, temperature and contact pressure were varied independently. With a base oil, the friction coefficient mu decreased rapidly with increasing sliding speed in the region of very low speed, and then approached a constant value of about 0. 1 for each friction material. The addition of a friction modifier diminished or reversed this tendency and thus improved the anti-stickslip characteristics. In the region of higher speed, mu increased due to hydrodynamic resistance.
