摘要：
In recent years there has been much progress in treatment of mycosis fungoides but healing is yet impossible. Therefore two major goals in therapy can be defined: Control of disease to prevent progress and ensurance of quality of life. Longterm follow-up of cutaneous lymphoma patients has not often been described. Here a 20-year course of a patient with mycosis fungoides is documented, where disease was controlled by topical steroids, PUVA, and X-ray irradiation of selected lesions.
