REGARDING THE ROLE OF PERSONALITY TRAITS IN FORMING STYLE OF MAKING ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS

摘要：
The meaning of the concept "style of making administrative decisions", which is examined as a base description of leader's activity, providing achievement of effective management is revealed. It is well-known that making decisions is one of the main functions of administrative activity. It is demonstrated that style of making decisions is based on individually-psychological properties and traits of a leader. Variations of structural composition of personality traits are considered, which is adequate to different styles of making administrative decisions. Influence on style realization of two integral descriptions of a personality who makes a decision - domination and orientation in the situation of choice is proved.
