摘要
Gender does not come within bodies, gender is a result of discourses that through repetition, indicates how men and women should act, think, feel and relate to others. These discourses also slip in the field of war, and determine how people are treated, punished and executed. In most cases, violence against women in war has many meanings that go beyond the physical punishment. In this article I intend to show, from two contexts of analysis, the picture of violence against women in Colombia's armed conflict, and possible meanings that offenders attributed to their acts.
