摘要
The article deals with training problems of future coaches to their professional activity. The analysis of scientific works in this field demonstrates the disadvantages of the modern training of future Physical Culture and Sports teachers to their professional activity. It was determined, that a number of new problems face the domestic educational system, which concern the development of future teachers' abilities and skills to master the innovative technologies and to adapt to changing vocational and social demands. The result of professional training is first of all a certain level of future coaches' preparedness to their realization of personal potential in profession and career, the ability to constant physical training. This requires flexibility and variativity of higher education in area of training future Physical Education and Sports teacher. Nowadays the demand for skilled professionals is extremely high, that is why special attention is paid to intellectual, moral and cultural development and professionalism of specialists, as well as their creative development. The analysis of a number of views of scientific researchers about modern problems of pedagogical, organizational and methodological problems of professional training of coaches shows that there is crisis in modern educational system on the whole and in training of coaches in particular. This crisis lies in polyvariant methodological platform and the variety of the fundamental principles of creating social, educational, pedagogical and sport activity of a human. The perspectives of further research is directed on the investigation of the model of training future teachers-coaches' professional activity.
