摘要
This study investigated whether the inclusion of ability or role clarity could increase the predictiveness of the traditional expectancy theory model, i.e., effort=expectancy x instrumentality x valence. Both variables had an effect, but the influence of ability was much greater than that of role clarity in a sample of 285 undergraduates.
