摘要：
Antithrombotic therapy after coronary stent implantation is defined in several guidelines. However, antithrombotic treatment in patients after coronary stent implantation and in addition with an indication for oral anticoagulation like atrial fibrillation is still an open issue. On the one hand these individuals require lifelong oral anticoagulants to prevent thromboembolic events and on the other hand clopidogrel and aspirin to prevent acute and subacute stent thrombosis after coronary stent implantation. The goal of this manuscript is to discuss the optimal antithrombotic treatment for these patients according to the published data.
