摘要
The principal aim of this investigation is to analyze the indirect reasons that cause problems in the succession of the family enterprises. The problems in the generational changes arise for diverse aspects: in the selection of the new leader, for lack of planning of the succession, for the resistance to the change and to the professionalization, for the overlapping of the managerial and family roles, because the founder does not move back totally and for lack of leadership. The above mentioned aspects can be removed in multitude of reasons, which develop in the present study.
